Local support for long distance care

When responsible and loving sons and daughters are separated by distance from their elder parents it is difficult, if not impossible for them to feel as though they know enough to advocate, intervene, and support. “Why can’t one of us live closer so we can REALLY help?”  This is when a CFAF nurse care manager can support your family.  We can be your connection with your folks, their medical providers, care providers, and housing managers. We can be your eyes and ears, like your “surrogate sibling” who has the knowledge and experience to work with you to support your parents.  We are able to establish a relationship with your mother and father that is comfortable, trusting and can be the “bridge” for you.
